Paving and Blocks Sales Executive (Salary + Incentive) – AHC
Role Overview:
The Paving and Blocks Sales Executive will be responsible for selling paving and blocks products to customers, providing excellent customer service, tracking sales data, and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
• Identify and target potential customers for paving and blocks products.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Sales Data Tracking:
• Track and analyze sales data to monitor performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Use sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential new clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide input on marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Participate in trade shows and promotional events to boost sales.
Coordination with Operations Team:
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Communicate customer requirements and delivery schedules to the operations team.
• Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of paving and blocks products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of the construction industry and its trends
• Ability to manage a customer relationship from sale to delivery to collection
Salary:
AED 9,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
