Charterhouse is working with an esteemed luxury hotel developer, who are seeking to hire a motivated senior sales professional, to assist with selling their luxury property portfolio in South East Asia to high-net worth individuals or significant corporations located in the Middle East.

The Senior Sales Channel Executive will assist and work closely with the Sales Channel Manager across all channels to maximize revenue opportunities for the group’s luxury properties in South East Asia. The main responsibilities will include, nurturing existing leads, establishing business partnerships, networking, coordinating and attending roadshows/events. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, allowing the candidate to learn directly and gain insight from senior management on lead generation.

Requirements:

Our client is seeking a sales professional specialising in real estate sales. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for luxury real estate and a comprehensive understanding of global real estate market trends. In addition, the ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate the ability to execute sales strategies, and have a driven, self – motivated approach towards working on existing leads and building new relations. Please note that an individual with Russian language skills or contacts is preferred.
