The Company

Robert Half are working with a company based in Dubai, to hire an Office Manager/Operations Manager.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head of the Middle East office, this role involves overseeing office operations and providing executive support to the C-suite
* Ensure smooth office operations compliant with company policies and DIFC/UAE regulations.
* Manage regulatory compliance including VAT and ESR submissions with professional advisors.
* Liaise with DIFC authority and building management.
* Coordinate procurement of office supplies and facilities management.
* Oversee financial reporting accuracy and timelines with external accounting firm.
* Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Manage HR records and staff visa/residency applications.
* Coordinate regional travel logistics for the Middle East team.
* Manage calendar and assist Head of Middle East with meeting preparation.
* Facilitate internal communications with stakeholders.
* Schedule and organize meetings, teleconferences, and events.
* Draft and circulate meeting minutes.
* Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Middle East team as required.

Requirements:

The Candidate

* Previous office management or administrative experience.
* Experience in DIFC is preferred.
* Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills.
* Organized, proactive team player with initiative.
* Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to changing demands.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Salary and Benefits

AED 25,000 per month, plus company benefits
