We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving company growth in the UAE-Dubai market.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare industry in UAE-Dubai.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential new markets.
– Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create and execute effective sales strategies.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
– Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Requirements:
– Proven track record in business development and sales in the healthcare industry.
– Strong understanding of the UAE-Dubai healthcare market and industry trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and achieve targets.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary:
AED 6,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
