We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple clinics across various regions in KSA. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the business, enhancing patient satisfaction, and driving overall operational success.

Description

* Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient care.
* Lead and mentor clinic managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure all branches adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards, maintaining high levels of compliance and quality.
* Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to optimize business operations.
* Implement initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
* Assist in the planning and execution of new branch openings and expansions, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to support operational goals.
* Be actively involved in day-to-day operations, engaging directly with clinic staff and patients to understand and address their needs.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing large-scale operations or multiple branches, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Healthcare experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
* Proficient in performance management and operational analysis.
