We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our client’s prestigious hotel and residences team in JVC Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen understanding of luxury hospitality, and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
Working Hours Monday – Saturday between 8-6pm.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage front desk activities, including resident check-in and check-out procedures.
• Assist residents with inquiries, reservations, and requests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
• Handle residents complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and uphold the company’s brand image.
• Collaborate with other hotel and residence departments to ensure seamless residents experiences.
• Keep accurate records of residents interactions, preferences, and special requests.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role, preferably within a luxury hotel or residential
setting is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A professional and courteous demeanor with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Proficiency in using hospitality management software and other relevant technology.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
