Charterhouse is working with a Multinational FMCG brand who is looking to hire a Product Executive to join their regional headquarters in Dubai. This is a crucial position which will work closely alongside the Cluster Product Manager to support all product development activity, including the compliant delivery of products in line with the latest legal and regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who has gained commercial experience in a similar role and is now looking for their next step, or an executive who would like to further their development by taking on a challenging, fast paced role which handles a diverse portfolio of markets. This role will be majorly focused towards project managing the entire product development timeline, which includes developing the PID, liaising with stakeholders and external bodies to oversee and meet delivery milestones. In addition, this role will support with managing the regulatory compliance requirements to ensure all products meet the latest legislation in each market. There will be extensive interaction involved with departments across the group such as manufacturing, supply chain and legal with regular meetings taking place across multiple time zones, therefore exceptional priority setting and project management skills are crucial. The Product Executive should be a natural problem solver, dedicated to minimizing risks and delivering projects to the highest quality within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing or relevant subject with a minimum of 1-2 years commercial experience in a similar role. A background working within FMCG or heavily regulated industry such as tobacco/alcohol or pharmaceutical is highly preferred. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills are fundamental for this role as there will be regular interaction with different departments across the business and external regulatory bodies. A willingness to travel to regions within the assigned cluster and to manage projects locally across different time zones is essential due to the deadline driven nature of the role.
