Employment: Full Time

• Identify and establish new growth opportunities and revenue streams in existing and new accounts to grow revenue and improve customer lifetime value
• Provide input into the setting of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Create and execute territory and key account plans to achieve aggressive goals and objectives for continued growth
• Understand distributor structure and distribution partners
• Build customer relationships that enhance our position and profitability and demonstrate an ability to maintain and grow senior-level customer relationships across multiple customer functional areas
• Interface with key customer decision-makers to validate and qualify opportunities being pursued to maximize Win rates and net sales
• Build a merchandising and instore strategy for the company (with Marketing) which ensures that the company gets fair instore positioning
• Establish and maintain an accurate account strategy plan for annual budgeting
• Coordinate new product evaluation and prepare customer presentations for new product promotion

Requirements:

• 5 years+ of senior account management experience in an FMCG or high volume retail or B2B product environment which is focused on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrable ability to identify and grow existing and new business
• Proven track record of achieving challenging targets consistently
• Build & maintain strong collaborative customer relationships to deliver preferred supplier status
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management majoring in Sales or Marketing or any other relevant discipline
• Have a valid driving license and willing to travel

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
