What you’ll be doing
– Coordinate new Yo Telecom customers onboarding journey
– Communicate, communicate, communicate with our customers, colleagues and external suppliers
– Order equipment to customer sites ready for the installation or maintenance engineer visit
– Working to Company SLAs for delivering customers, completing tickets on Salesforce CRM system, answering inbound calls and emails
– Go above with service to WOW our customers with service and make courtesy calls to ensure they are happy with their telephone and broadband set up
– Providing technical support to customers, fault finding on phone and broadband systems
– Understand and develop knowledge about multiple technologies
– See problems as challenges finding solutions and acting them with optimism
– Working as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life
Working hours will be in line with UK: 11:30am – 8:30pm (Changing by 1 hour during British Summer Time)
Requirements:
Are you the person we are looking for?
– Fluent English – verbal and written
– 1+ year minimum experience in customer service and administration
– Knowledge of the telecoms industry or previous experience in technical support is beneficial
– Able to multitask and work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
– Proactive and responsive work ethic
– A passion for people and business
– Creative thinking combined with problem solving skills

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
