Senior Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tele sales Executive to join our team in the event management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through effective tele sales techniques, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our business in the UAE-Dubai market.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our event management services and generate new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively conveying the value proposition of our event management services and closing deals.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
– Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on sales performance.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
– Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

– Proven track record of success in telesales and achieving sales targets within the event management industry or a related field.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services and handle objections effectively.
– Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on understanding client needs and providing exceptional customer service.
– Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
– Familiarity with the UAE-Dubai market and a network of potential clients in the event management or related industries is a plus.
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
