Job Purpose Statement:
The ideal candidate will be handling the company’s flagship lounges and will be responsible for strategic planning & execution, relationship management, sales & revenue growth, customer satisfaction, collaboration & coordination, reporting & analysis, market & industry knowledge, contract & pricing management, budget management, training and development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships: Regularly engaging with key clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Acting as the main point of contact: Serving as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
• Developing account strategies: Creating detailed plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals for each key account.
• Implementing strategic initiatives: Ensuring that strategic plans are executed effectively to meet client expectations and organizational objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for growth: Proactively seeking ways to expand the business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.
• Meeting sales targets: Ensuring that revenue targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction: Regularly assessing and addressing client satisfaction to ensure a positive experience.
• Managing client issues: Handling and resolving any problems or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Working with internal teams: Coordinating with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure that client needs are met.
• Managing internal resources: Allocating company resources to maximize client satisfaction and success.
• Monitoring performance metrics: Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
• Preparing reports: Providing regular updates to senior management on account status, sales forecasts, and progress against targets.
• Staying informed: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Advising clients: Offering insights and recommendations based on market knowledge to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Negotiating contracts: Working with clients to negotiate contract terms and conditions that are mutually beneficial.
• Managing pricing strategies: Ensuring that pricing strategies are aligned with organizational goals and market conditions.
• Managing budgets: Overseeing the budget for key accounts to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
• Providing training: Offering training and support to clients on products and services.
• Continuous improvement: Pursuing professional development opportunities to stay proficient in key account management practices

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree (minimum requirement), Master’s degree, or relevant studies

Years and Nature of Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in the same field or industry
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
